Deep red/purple colour bulb and leaves. Both the bulbs and leaves are edible with the leaves making a great colour pop addition to salads as you wait for the bulbs to size up.

  • Growing Tips:

    Plant either direct or in punnets. Soaking seeds in warm water over night before planting can assist in germination although not a necessity.  If harvesting leaves, ensure to leave some intact on the plant to allow the plant to create energy for bulb growth.
