Brussels Sprouts - Long Island Improved
Approx 100 seeds per packet
Tightly pack green Brussels Sprouts growing to around 4cm in size at the base of the branch stems. The top of the plant can also be eaten like a mini cabbage once the plant reaches desired height. Best grown in frosty areas to help improve the Brussels Sprout flavour and appearance. If not traditionally a Brussels Sprouts fan, add some garlic or bacon into the pan when sauteing, and be sure not to over cook.
