Small to medium red/purple coloured heads reaching around 15cm in diameter. Relatively sweet, makes this cabbage great for both cooking and eating raw in a slaw. Quite a hardy little cabbage out in the garden being slow to bolt and/or crack means it can be left in the garden that little bit longer until your ready to use it.

Growing Tips:
Start seeds in trays/punnets and transplant to the veggie patch when they develop 5 to 6 leaves. Although slightly more pest resistent than green varieties, protect with fine netting.
