A large headed, crinkled leaf cabbage with a mix of purple and green colourings originating from Italy. Great used raw or cooked. Being large headed, these cabbages are great for feeding larger families or when entertaining. Cool nights helps to bring out a more vibrant purple on the leaves.

Growing Tips:
Start seeds in trays/punnets and transplant to the veggie patch when they develop 5 to 6 leaves. Protect with fine netting to avoid the cabbage moth and its caterpillars munching on the leaves.
