Chilli - Cayenne

A long and narrow, medium heat chilli ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 on the Scoville Heat Scale. It is believed to originate from Cayenne, French Guiana and can be harvested at both green and red colour stages. Fruit grows up to 15cm in length and can be used fresh or dried into powder to add a warm kick to your favourite dishes.

Growing Tips:
