Round, golden brown onion with good flavour. A great variety for mid to late season harvest and then a long storage time to keep your kitchen in supply of home grown onions for almost year round. Originating from New Zealand, it is better suited to Cool and Temperate planting zones.

Growing Tips:
Start in trays or plant direct, thinning out to around 10cm once in the veggie patch to give them plenty of room to size up. In the garden plant is loose, well fed soil. Onions will be ready for harvest when tops fall over, like someone has flattened them.
